Join our International Corporate Services (ICS) team as a Team Leader and play a key role in managing complex corporate, regulatory and financial engagements for international clients. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to lead our growing team. What you will do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to international clients, providing commercial, regulatory and structuring insights to support their international operations and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee corporate statutory and regulatory compliance as part of broader international business advisory, proactively identifying risks, opportunities and governance considerations.
  • Oversee and review the preparation of management accounts and statutory financial statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise clients on international business structuring, governance and operational set-ups, supporting cross-border activities and substance requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate audit processes and key operational matters, liaising with external auditors, banks and internal stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, commercially sound solutions.
  • Mentor and guide team members, providing technical leadership and supporting their professional development.
  • Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions and support business development initiatives.
  • Contribute to ad hoc advisory projects, providing practical solutions to complex client and business challenges.

Profile of the ideal candidate

  • University degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
  • Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA)
  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Audit, or Financial Advisory in a professional services environment, ideally with exposure to international clients.
  • Proven experience managing engagements, leading teams and supervising junior staff.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to provide practical solutions in complex client situations.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, able to explain complex matters to clients and team members.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor and encourage knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong client and colleague relationships.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with accounting, entity management, or document automation software is an advantage.
