Join our International Corporate Services (ICS) team and play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to global clients navigating complex corporate, regulatory and financial challenges. We are seeking a dynamic, resourceful and solutions-oriented professional who can drive impactful outcomes to be part of our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top-tier corporate and regulated clients and contribute to a diverse range of engagements, from statutory compliance to international structuring and strategic advisory projects, in a fast-paced and empowering environment.

What you will do:

• Maintain corporate statutory and regulatory compliance by continuously monitoring and ensuring adherence to  relevant laws and regulations, proactively flagging risks and deadlines to clients.
• Prepare and review management accounts and statutory financial statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regulatory requirements, while staying current with IFRS/AML updates to elevate deliverable quality.
• Support and follow up on the audit process, liaising with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Perform and oversee banking operations, ensuring that all transactions comply with regulatory standards and are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Support projects related to international tax (direct and indirect), estate planning, wealth structuring and family office advisory, proposing structured, tech‑enabled ways to streamline recurring workflows.
• Liaise with external associates and authorities in Cyprus and internationally, ensuring effective communication and swift issue resolution.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects, offering practical advice to address client needs and complex business challenges.

Profile of the ideal candidate
• University degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
• Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA), completed or in progress.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Audit or Financial Advisory in a professional services environment, exposure to international clients will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and sound professional judgement.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong client and colleague relationships.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency MS Office; familiarity with accounting, entity‑management or document‑automation software is an advantage.
