We are pleased to announce the promotion of Nicolas Koronis as Director, Transfer Pricing

Nicolas brings to this role a combination of deep technical expertise and broad international business advisory experience that is genuinely rare. As head of the firm’s Transfer Pricing practice, he leads one of the most technically demanding and fast-evolving areas of international tax advisory, advising multinational groups and institutional clients on the structuring, documentation, and defence of intercompany arrangements in an increasingly complex and scrutinised global environment.

Beyond transfer pricing, Nicolas also maintains a firm-wide leadership role as Head of Business Process Transformation, overseeing the evolution of how Abacus delivers its services, embracing technology, AI, and operational best practice to ensure the firm remains at the forefront of quality, efficiency, and client experience. This is a mandate that speaks directly to where Abacus is heading: a high-performance firm that combines deep professional expertise with the tools and processes of a modern, forward-looking advisory practice.

Throughout his career, Nicolas has demonstrated a consistent ability to operate across complex, multi-jurisdictional mandates with the rigour and commercial judgement that sophisticated clients require. His appointment reflects both the depth of expertise he brings and the strategic direction of the firm.
