Join our Payroll Services team and play a key role in delivering accurate and compliant payroll solutions for a portfolio of local and international clients. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to be part of our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop technical expertise in Cyprus payroll legislation, gain exposure to multi-client payroll administration and contribute to a fast-paced and supportive professional services environment.

What you will do

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for multiple client entities in compliance with Cyprus legislation.
  • Calculate gross-to-net salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure correct deduction and submission of PAYE, Social Insurance, GHS, Redundancy Fund, HRDA, and other statutory contributions.
  • Prepare monthly and annual reconciliations, payroll summaries, and certificates of emoluments.
  • Respond to client payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding payroll calculations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records in compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Support Senior Consultants and Team Leaders in payroll projects and process improvements.

Profile of the ideal candidate

  • Up to 3 years of relevant payroll experience in Cyprus.  
  • Experience in a professional services or multi-client environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Cyprus payroll legislation (PAYE, Social Insurance, GHS) and statutory requirements.
  • Experience using payroll software/systems for end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Client-focused with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
