Join our Compliance Advisory Department and contribute to a growing practice supporting clients on regulatory and anti-financial crime compliance matters. We are seeking a motivated professional with a methodical and quality-driven approach to join our team and support a broad range of advisory engagements across the regulatory landscape.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of regulatory areas, working with regulated and non-regulated clients, while developing technical expertise in a dynamic and supportive professional services environment.
What you will do:
- Contribute to compliance advisory engagements covering regulatory compliance including anti-financial crime matters.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and participate in compliance reviews, gap analyses, risk assessments and advisory deliverables.
- Participate in diverse engagements across different industries, adapting to varying client needs, regulatory requirements and project scopes.
- Conduct research on regulatory developments and assist in the preparation of reports, policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely, accurate and high-quality delivery of assigned engagements.
- Continuously build and maintain knowledge across the broader compliance and regulatory framework.
Profile of the ideal candidate
- University degree in Law, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
- CySEC Advanced Certification and/or CAMS will be considered an advantage.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance, internal audit, anti-money laundering or a related role.
- Sound knowledge of regulatory compliance, including anti-financial crime frameworks.
- Strong willingness to read, learn and expand into new compliance and regulatory areas.
- Technologically literate, with the ability to work comfortably across different tools and engagement types.
- Flexible, proactive and able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, additional languages will be considered an advantage.
