Join our Transfer Pricing team as a Team Leader and play a key role in managing complex transfer pricing projects for international clients. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to lead our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor talented professionals, drive technical excellence, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic advisory practice serving top-tier corporate and regulated clients.

What you will do:

• Oversee the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, benchmarking studies and components of the Master File.
• Advise clients on transfer pricing policies, intercompany pricing and operational structures, escalating complex matters to the Head of TP.
• Conduct and supervise economic analyses and modelling
• Support TP audits and controversy engagements, liaising with tax authorities under guidance from the Head of TP.
• Mentor and guide Senior Consultants and Consultants providing technical guidance and suppoting project management.
• Allocate resources and manage timelines and budgets for TP projects.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of internal methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Assist in proposals, client pitches and presentations, supporting business development initiatives.

Profile of the ideal candidate

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Law or a related discipline; a Master’s degree will be considered a plus.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, ACA/ICAEW, CPA, ADIT) are desirable.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in transfer pricing within a professional services firm or multinational transfer pricing/tax teams.
• Proven experience in managing small to medium-sized engagements and supervising junior staff.
• Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing methodologies, benchmarking and economic modeling.
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to review and challenge complex TP analyses.
• Clear and confident communication skills, able to explain complex matters to clients and team members.
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members and encourage knowledge sharing.
• Strong commercial awareness and proactive client service mindset.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office; familiarity with TP or document automation tools is an advantage.
