Join our Tax Department and play a key role in shaping solutions for global clients navigating complex tax challenges. We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented professional to be part of our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top‑tier corporate and regulated clients and contribute to a diverse range of tax engagements, from operational work to complex advisory projects in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What you will do:
- Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns, tax computations and supporting schedules.
- Conduct research on local and international tax legislation, circulars, double tax treaties and emerging tax developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical input on tax advisory projects, including restructurings, tax due diligence, tax risk assessments and cross-border tax matters.
- Support tax audits by drafting responses, preparing analyses and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Manage day-to-day delivery of assigned tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, high quality and timely completion.
- Review and mentor the work of Tax Consultants, providing guidance, constructive feedback and technical support.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals and tax updates.
Profile of the ideal candidate
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Law or a related discipline; a postgraduate degree will be considered a plus.
- Professional qualification in Accounting (ACA/ACCA/CPA) or Tax (ADIT) or currently pursuing one of these qualifications.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in tax within a professional services environment, exposure to international clients will be considered an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of Cypriot tax legislation and ability to apply it accurately in client engagements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office
