Marios has been working with Abacus in different roles within business advisory and corporate services for around 20 years, and currently heads one of the firm’s international corporate services units. He has been advising and supporting major multinationals and mid-market specialist businesses from US, Canada and Middle East from a variety of industries.
His main sectors of focus have been private equity, FinTech and infrastructure/construction. Marios has served on a number of boards and committees of prominent global organisations. He has a BSc in Accounting from University of Carbondale, Illinois. Marios qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) during his time in the US and an accredited member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
