Nicolas is a Tax Leader in our firm’s Tax Practice. He has extensive experience advising on the tax aspects of cross border and other transactions, including private equity, venture capital, M&A, reorganisations, returns of capital, dividend distributions, and carried interest. He has broad experience which encompasses working for multinationals, global mid-market specialist firms, as well as PE and VC groups on all the issues that affect their businesses, including in relation to corporate/fund structuring and ongoing tax compliance.
Before joining Abacus in 2019, Nicolas worked as a Senior Manager at PwC, specialising in Tax Advisory and Tax Compliance Services. Nicolas is a holder of a BA (Honours) degree in Accounting and Finance from De Montfort University UK and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) under the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is also member of the Regulator’s Tax Policy and Planning committee.
